The home offers 6 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half baths, and a heated in-ground pool surrounded by a large fenced in yard on a private spacious corner lot. Tramonto is perfectly located for your multi-family vacation in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Enjoy being 4 blocks from the vast Wildwood Crest beach, next to Sunset Lake park which offers jet ski and paddle board rentals, walking distance to local coffee shops and restaurants, and a short drive to either Cape May for shopping and fine dining, or to the Wildwood boardwalk for endless amounts of fun.
Second Floor:
The second floor features an open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, cathedral ceilings, large windows and sliding glass doors, a powder room, and TWO spacious primary bedroom suites. You’ll be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets on a spacious deck with panoramic views featuring a covered lounge area, a sundeck, and a separate covered dining area to soak in the stunning views.
The living room features a large TV, sectional sofa, gas-burning fireplace and opens to a 10-person dining table as well as seating for 6 at the large kitchen island. All of this is overlooking the endless bay views and unrivaled sunset views.
First Floor:
The first-floor features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a laundry room, second story deck, and a large living room which opens to a separate "secret" game room offering plenty of space to hang out, enjoy an arcade game and basketball, and for kids to play.

The pool area features an in-ground heated pool with bench seating and a sun shelf as well as plenty of space to lounge, relax and enjoy the beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard lined by mature trees and paver patio space. There is a ground floor powder room, 2 outdoor showers, BBQ gas grill, and a covered patio area for dining and lounging. Parking is convenient, offering a garage, plus space for 2 additional cars in the driveway, and plenty of free street parking right out front.

Tramonto very comfortably sleeps 16 guests. Sorry, no pets are permitted, and the home is not to be used for private events (no weddings, prom parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc).
As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find "Tramonto" stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap). Freshly laundered Quilts, Sheets, and Towel Sets are provided for each bedroom/bathroom (don’t forget to pack your beach towels, or ask us about renting them through our linen partner!).
Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!
